OTHER WAYS TO SERVE

Children’s National Medical Center “Drops for Tots” Blood Mobile:

Children’s National Medical Center will be on-site during the MLK Day of Service to collect blood donations to treat children with cancer, sickle cell disease, and other chronic illnesses. In addition, due to COVID-19, there is a global shortage of whole blood and platelets, and your donation can help! One unit of blood can help 4-5 children. We are seeking 20 volunteers to register prior to the event. Donation appointments from 8:00am- 1:00pm.
