The Arts & Letters Committee of the Montgomery County Alumnae Chapter welcomes you, your family, and friends to the much anticipated viewing of “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”, on Sunday, November 13, 2022 at 3:00 pm at the AMC Montgomery 16 Theater, 7107 Democracy Blvd, Bethesda, Maryland.

The schedule is as follows:
· 1:30-2:30 – Ticket Distribution (look for the red & white balloons)
· 2:30 – Theater Opens
· 2:50 – Remarks from President Rowe and MCAC Leadership
· 3:10 – Movie Starts
To ensure we have a fabulous event, please note the following:

Check-in Procedures

You will see a table with red and white balloons. Sorors will be there waiting to check-in you and your guest and provide you with a wrist band. If your guest will arrive before you, please inform them to let us know they are in your party to receive their wristband.
After checking in you are invited to purchase concessions and fellowship in the theater café that is located near the concession stand until it is time to enter the theater. Please use this time to take pictures and fellowship with each other.

Seating and Entrance Time into the Theater:
As there will be a movie showing before ours, we have to allow the staff time to sanitize the theater before we enter. 2:30 pm is our designated time to enter and the hostesses will come over and officially inform everyone when it is time to proceed into the theater.
Seating is first come first serve. Please note there will be reserved seating for Chapter Officers and their guests.

COVID Precautions:
If you are experiencing any of the following please do not attend the event for the safety of others:
If you are feeling sick, with any COVID symptoms
If you have recently travel and have to quarantine
If you have been in contact with anyone with COVID in the past 14 days or are waiting for a COVID test result
Please note: For continued safety, please wear your mask, when you enter and exit the theater unless you are eating concession items.
