DESCRIPTION:MCAC is inviting Sorors for our Sisterhood Prayer Walk on Saturday May 30\, 2026\, 9:00am – 11:30am at Martin Luther King\, Jr. Recreational Park 1120 Jackson Rd\, Silver Spring\, MD 20904. \nPlease sign-up HERE. \nWHY: This is more than a walk. This is a moment of purpose\, unity\, and restoration.  \nPurpose: Builds communal intercession by observing community needs during a guided walk\, aligning hearts with God’s vision for sisterhood and service as in “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”— Psalm 119:105 (NIV) \nTransformation: Participants gain compassion for local issues\, a “praying-without-ceasing” mindset\, and persona direction\, shifting from self-focused prayer to bold intercession that prepares hearts for spiritual harvest.  \nOur Sacred Assignment: (Our Sisterhood in Action) \n\nTo create space to pause and reconnect with God \nTo strengthen our sisterhood through shared experience \nTo release stress\, burdens\, and distractions \nTo stand in unity for our communities and one another \nTo model faith in action in a public and meaningful way \n\nBe sure to bring your Red Envelope!
